Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES PARTICIPANT’S FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE “OFFICIAL RULES”. ALL CURRENCY REFERENCED HEREIN IS IN U.S. DOLLARS (USD$).
I. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The FTJ#2 Feed Their Joy 2026 (herein referred to as the “Sweepstakes”) begins on January 28th, 2026 (“Start Date”) at 10:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (“MST”) and ends on March 28th, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST (“Promotion Period”). The Sponsor is Feed Their Joy LLC 137 E Elliot Rd, PO Box 3042, Gilbert, AZ 85299. The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.
II. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and possess a valid U.S. shipping address. The following individuals are NOT eligible to enter or win: Officers, directors, members, employees, and board members of Feed Their Joy LLC; Officers, directors, members, employees, and board members of Ruff Start Rescue; Officers, directors, members, and employees of SweepWidget; Immediate family members of any of the above (defined as spouse, parents, siblings, and children, whether biological, adopted, step, or in-law); Persons living in the same household as any of the above (whether related or not). Volunteers of Ruff Start Rescue who are not employees, officers, or board members may participate, provided they have no involvement in the administration, management, drawing, verification, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes. Void in New York, Florida, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, U.S. military bases outside the U.S., and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.
III. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes by one of the following three (3) methods: 1) Complete a purchase of Sponsor Merchandise or ticket or purchase of Affiliate Merchandise posted on sponsor’s website by visiting visit www.feedtheirjoy.com (“Website”) during the promotion period using a valid and accepted form of payment. Each dollar ($1) provides one (1) entry into the current Sweepstakes. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward entries. Participants will need to provide their first and last legal name, a valid U.S. address, telephone number, e-mail address, and name of a 501c(3) rescue to nominate (optional); 2) Posting or sharing the Sweepstake to your social media account to receive 10 free entries into the current Sweepstakes; 3) Mailing a hand-written 3”x5” card with the following information written on the card: “FTJ#2 Sweepstakes 2026”, first and last name, full mailing address, telephone number, DOB, e-mail address, and rescue nomination (optional). Place the card in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope, with return address and mail to: “FTJ#2” Sweepstakes, PO Box 3042, Gilbert, AZ 85299. Each valid AMOE envelope equals 10 entries (equivalent to the lowest paid Entry Pack). Limit: One (1) AMOE entry per envelope. Bonus entry multipliers apply to AMOE entries. AMOE entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received by April 1st, 2026, 4pm. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail.
Throughout the Promotion Period the Sponsor may announce temporary bonus entry options on their website. During that timeframe, multipliers (10x, 50x, 100x, etc.) or bonus entries of the base 1 entry per $1 may be offered at no extra charge. AMOE cards sent out during any Promotion Period must have the current multiplier hand-written on the card. False mail-in multipliers or multipliers postmarked outside of that specific time frame are automatically void. There may be bonus entries available using discount codes or through further social media sharing. The Sponsor reserves the right to choose the dates of those special time-periods as well as the amount of bonus that can be earned for this particular Sweepstakes.
There is no entry limit for the FTJ#2 Sweepstakes. All participants must complete all required information to enter. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and no refund will be available. Automated or robotic entries are prohibited. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant, at the Sponsors discretion, who tampers with the entry process or attempts to undermine the Sweepstakes. Entries must be mailed in by entrant or completed online on the aforementioned website by the entrant. Any entries completed by any other party other than the entrant are invalid and will be disqualified. Any entries completed through, but not limited to, any other website outside of the aforementioned, e-mails, subscriptions, commercial Sweepstakes, third party websites, and/or entering service sites, are invalid and will be disqualified. The Sponsors aforementioned website is the only place one can enter into the Sweepstakes online. The Sponsor is not responsible for someone purchasing anything outside of the aforementioned website.
IV. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering, entrants consent for Sponsor to obtain, transfer and use of their information, such as, but not limited to, the first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address, and telephone number, solely for Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment, in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Information will not be sold or shared except as necessary for Sweepstakes administration. By participating in the FTJ#2 Sweepstakes, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accept the Sponsor’s Private Policy and Official Rules.
V. DONATION STRUCTURE: During this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will donate one (1) 30-lb bag of dry dog food OR other supplies based on the rescue's needs to Ruff Start Rescue (Princeton, MN) during the Promotion Period. For purposes of this calculation, both paid entries and AMOE entries count toward the total number of entries (AMOE envelopes count as 10 entries each). Donations will be fulfilled by April 14th, 2026 but bags and supplies will be donated and shipped to the rescue throughout the Promotion Period as entries are received. Updates, receipts, and proof of the Ruff Start Rescue receiving the donations will be provided on the Sponsor’s websites throughout the Promotion Period.
After checkout, customers will receive an email with a link to nominate one (1) rescue. Customers may select from the pre-approved rescue list or choose “Other” and type in a rescue name. Typed-in rescues will be subject to Sponsor’s verification. All rescues must be a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organization in good standing. Rescues must be located in the U.S. states eligible in this Sweepstakes. Each nomination equals one (1) vote. Rescue nominations do not affect entry counts or odds of winning and are optional. At the end of the Promotion Period, the rescue with the most votes will be reviewed and announced as the beneficiary for the next Sweepstakes cycle. Should the rescue with the most votes choose to or for any other reason not be the next beneficiary, the rescue with the second most votes will be selected.
VI. INTERNET LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors that may affect the entry process, nor for unauthorized human intervention, theft, or technical failures of any kind. Any attempt to damage the Website or undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes is prohibited and may result in legal action. If the Promotion Period is in any way disruption or damaged by things out of the Sponsor’s control, such as, but not limited to, cyberattacks, viruses, bugs, worms, hacking, fraud, system failure, software failure, storms, flooding, fire, earthquakes, pandemics, unauthorized intervention or tampering, government regulation, crisis, shut downs, strikes, or any other causes outside the Sponsor’s control that affect the fairness, integrity, or administration of the Sweepstakes and/or drawing, the Sponsor reserves the right, it sole discretion, to disqualify any individual tampering with the Sweepstakes and/or delay, pause, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and award the prize to an individual selected randomly out of the pool of available and valid entries at that point in time. The Sponsor may take legal action against any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes, enters through fraudulent means, provides false information, or is otherwise deemed invalid and/or fraudulent by the Sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible for any issues associated with the dog food company, incomplete, missing or damaged orders. The winner will be notified via the provided e-mail address and/or telephone number. Should either or both go out of service by the time of the drawing and the winner cannot be contacted within 72hrs of the drawing, another winner will be selected through the same process.
VII. PRIZE: Grand Prize (1 Winner) is a 12-month supply of a Premium dry dog kibble, consisting of 12 total 20 OR 30-lb bags (depending on what the selected brand has available). The winner may choose one of the following brands and one (1) flavor that brand has available: OpenFarm, Purina, Iams, Hills, Fromm, Stella&Chewy’s, Royal Canine, or Blue Buffalo. The prize is redeemed one (3) bags every 3 months from April 1st 2026 through March 1st 2027. The winner may choose the recipe flavor(s) which is(are) subject to availability and change. If a kibble company goes out of business during the 12 month period, the winner may choose a different brand off the above provided list. If the selected flavor is out of stock or becomes unavailable during the 12 month period, the winner may choose a different flavor. If the winner decides to change their pet’s diet or their pet passes away, goes missing or is rehomed during the 12 month period, the selected prize may not be changed but may be canceled. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of this Sweepstakes’s grand prize is $1,200. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for additional alternatives not listed in these rules. If a winner prefers a different brand that is the same as the highest value of our provided options or less than those, the brand may be switched to that. No cash option is available. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes. A Form 1099-MISC and/or W-9 may be issued as required by law. The winner must provide a valid U.S. shipping address. The dry dog food kibble bags will be shipped directly from the selected brand to the winner. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
VIII. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner will be selected out of all eligible entries received in a random drawing conducted on March 29th, 2026. The drawing will be administered by an independent judging organization ViralSweeps. The selection will be final with no subject to challenge and/or appeal the decision in any and all matters. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone. The winner must respond within 72 hours or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
IX. PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS: Winner must complete and return the required documents and comply with any federal, state, and local laws. The winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and IRS Form W-9 and provide proof of identity. The prize is awarded “AS IS” without any warranty, expressed or implied. The documents must be returned within 7 days. Failure to comply may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not liable for shipment delays or delivery issues.
Prize Winner’s acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) for any and all public relations, advertising and/or promotional purposes as determined by Sponsor, in all forms of media and by all manners (now and hereafter known), in perpetuity, without notice, consent, review or approval or further compensation. The prize winner understands and agrees that the Prize ceremony may be videotaped/photographed. Rights to any Prize ceremony video/photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media at their sole discretion.
X. MODIFICATION / TERMINATION RIGHTS: Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event of fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of termination. In no event is the Sponsor obligated to award a prize greater than stated in these Official Rules.
XI. RELEASES: Entrants release Sponsor, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and associated parties from any and all liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any dog food company, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, YouTube, Google, Apple, TikTok, X, or any other social media platform. Prize Winner bears all liability and risk of loss or damage to his/her respective prize after it has been delivered.
XII. GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTES: By participating, Participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules, Sponsor's Website Terms of Use (if any and if applicable to Participant's method of participating), and the decisions of the Sponsor / Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved individually in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona. Class actions are waived.
XIII. OFFICIAL RULES REQUEST: Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Feed Their Joy Official Rules Request” PO Box 3042, Gilbert, AZ 85299. Requests must be received by February 6th, 2026.
XIV. WINNER LIST REQUEST: To request information about the winner (their name and city/state), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Feed Their Joy Winner List Request”
PO Box 3042, Gilbert, AZ 85299. Requests must be received by April 20th, 2026. All requests received after that date will not be acknowledged and returned.

XVI. MISCELLANEOUS: The names, likenesses, logos, and images of any individuals, organizations, companies, products, or services referenced in this document are used solely for identification purposes. They may constitute copyrighted materials or trademarks owned by their respective rights holders. Any reference to an individual, group, or business — or the listing of any product or service as part of a prize — should not be interpreted as implying sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation by that person, group, or company, unless explicitly stated. No such relationship is intended or should be assumed.
If any part of these Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful, that specific portion will be disregarded without impacting the remaining provisions. All other sections will continue to apply and will be interpreted as though the invalid or unlawful clause had never been included. The Sponsor’s decision not to enforce any specific requirement within these Official Rules does not mean that such requirement is waived.
For Participants, if any discrepancy exists between these Official Rules and any other policies, terms of use, or agreements published elsewhere on the Sponsor’s Website, these Official Rules take precedence and are the governing terms that must be followed.
